RIVERSIDE'S CO-PAY POLICY. All co-pays must be collected at the time of service. This applies to all visits (incuding visits relating to follow-up sick visits, lab result review visits and chronic medication refills).

SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT. In order to set up an appointment, please contact the office manager as listed below at the office that is most convenient for you.
